Questions about billing.
A credit is the unit we bill in. Fetching a static or server-rendered page costs 1 credit. Credits are only deducted for successful fetches.
Requests return HTTP 402 (INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS) until you top up or upgrade. Top-ups are available any time from the billing page and never expire.
No. Timeouts, pages the site denied access to, restricted domains and pages without usable content cost 0 credits.
Businesses only. Every plan is for companies and other organizations, not for personal use.
The API runs on a network of real residential and mobile connections. To protect the people who share them, our team reviews Business, Enterprise and Custom sign-ups before checkout, usually within 1 business day. On Lite, Starter and Developer you can check out right after you confirm your email.
Yes. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
No. All prices are in USD and exclude taxes (Terms of Service, Section 7.10). Stripe adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies.
